Project description:
Set the mood with color drenching; this bathroom's blue-green material palette creates a peaceful atmosphere for daily rituals.
Constructed in 1969, the house underwent renovations in the mid-2000s. Working with the client, we are beginning to restore each room back to it’s mid-century beginnings. Starting with the guest bathroom, we introduced vertical stacked tiling, wide format floor tile in a neutral ivory finish, clear cedar trim, and brushed brass plumbing fixtures are some of the design elements.
In order to match the cedar-trimmed mirror and existing vanity size, we created a custom 4' linear light fixture with etched glass and clear cedar wood. In addition to designing the bathroom, our team also handled project management and procurement. We delivered a contemporary bathroom renovation with a nostalgic twist.
